"We first met in July 2002 and dated for a few months.  We then split, as Kirsten didn't feel that she was ready for a relationship - but we kept in touch, on and off, for about a year.  In August 2003, I invited her to Paris for a "platonic" weekend - just as friends enjoying time together.  After that weekend, we got back together, and have been ever since.  I just thought that I would let you know that we were married on May 25th 2006 in Malta.

"I thought I'd drop you a line to let you know what has happened after joining Kids No Object 3 years ago.  After meeting some nice people, I met Derek.  We didn't really have much in common and thought no more of it, but met twice more and started to get on really well.  After 2 years we got engaged.  I know it sounds slushy, but we really don't know what we'd do without each other now and will be getting married in the near future.  I never thought that joining Kids No Object would bring me so much happiness with someone."
